How can i take care of myself?

Treatments to Consider

     (This is purely suggestive)

  1. General Practitioner: (Family Doctor) Make an appointment with your GP to ask for a prescription for blood tests.

  2. Dentist: Book an appointment for a hygienist visit, which involves a teeth cleaning. After that, the dentist will advise you on any further treatments if needed.

  3. Dermatologist: It's quite common for people to have fungal infections in their toenails. If this is the case for you, I recommend getting treatment. Your dermatologist can suggest appropriate medication. Also, talk to them about any spots or marks on your body, if applicable.

4. Gynaecologist (for women): There are exams that should be done, like a Pap smear. Or mammogram (depending on family history and age).

5. Colonic Hydrotherapy: This is a therapy for cleaning the large intestine with filtered water. It’s extremely important to do this at least every six months.

Remember, the gut is the second brain!

6. Ophthalmologist: Schedule a routine eye check. Of course, don’t wear glasses unless absolutely necessary!

7. Psychologist: Psychologists are trained to help us navigate and overcome challenging times. They also provide tools for dealing with relationships, whether with children, partners, colleagues, bosses, or neighbours.

They help us reflect on ourselves: What are my limits? How can I allow myself to feel my emotions? How should I express myself? What are my talents? How can I overcome trauma or humiliation?

8. Systemic Family Constellation Therapy: Schedule three sessions on the following topics: 1) Interrupted movement; 2) Inner child; 3) The relationship with your father and mother (placing each family member in their rightful place).

After these, you might consider further sessions on topics like work/profession, romantic relationships, school learning, physical or emotional illnesses, premature deaths in the family, prosperity/money, inheritance issues, sexuality, friendship, panic attacks, rejection, abandonment, etc.

9. Hebrew Pendulum Therapy: This is a harmonising and energy-cleansing therapy (can be done remotely). Or you could try multidimensional therapy (also can be done remotely). Aim for at least one session every three months.

10. Exercise: If you can't go to the gym, go for a run outside.

11. Drink Water.

12. Always pay attention to your hygiene and skin care.

13. Pray Daily: Speak to God, ask for help, or write Him a letter. Only God knows what’s best for us, and He is the one who can heal us. When you’re out walking, pray to God. Thank Him and ask for guidance through music, dreams, ideas, or inspirations. Always pray—never stop.

14. Allow Yourself to Feel: Laugh, be light-hearted, and believe in the phrase: "It will be alright!"

15. Avoid Conflicts: Even if you’re right, walk away. Never, ever create conflicts with your GP, bank, boss, neighbours, or local council! Be cordial and create harmony. Live in peace. If provoked or humiliated, don’t respond—leave immediately! Run from conflict.

Whenever you know you’ll have to return somewhere, don’t create problems there. Don’t argue, especially not loudly! EVEN IF YOU’RE COMPLETELY RIGHT. Stay silent. Silence never betrays anyone.

16. Always stand up straight.

17. Vitamin supplements: Supermarkets sell vitamin supplements such as Omega, Magnesium, Vitamin C. And a specific one for hair, nails, and skin.

18. Take Bach Flowers

I love natural beauty

I avoid buying products tested on animals

In the morning

1.  First, I wash my face with olive oil soap.

2. Facial Toner (tonic with glycolic acid: it decreases expression lines, treats acne or lightens spots on the skin - use three times a week)

3. Eye cream

4. 2 drops of Frankincense oil mixed with a "dessert/coffee spoon" of almond oil. Apply it on the face, neck (back and front), and behind the ears.

5. Natural moisturizer

6.  Hydration for lips

7.  Factor 50+ before leaving home

In the evening

1.    I wash my face with olive oil soap.

2.    Facial Toner,

3.    Eye cream,

4.    Hyaluronic acid (and the following days I apply vitamin C and the next day retinol).

5.  Natural moisturizing.

There are other products that I love to apply to my face before going to bed. Instead of using hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, or retinol, I sometimes choose to use other products that I also adore: castor oil, chia butter (which I absolutely love), or grape seed oil. I only apply one of these products at a time each night. These three products are my favorites

Take care of my body...

To have a bath,

The most affordable, vegan, and cruelty-free shampoo. In shampoo, you can add a coffee spoon of castor oil. Mix it in your hand with the shampoo, and then wash your hair. I love it! (You can do this twice a week.)

Wash the body with an olive soap, and I like to use the “Foreo machine” with olive soap on the face! I love it! The “Foreo machine” exfoliates the skin on my face.

Once a week, I like to put a third of a cup of vinegar on my hair. I let it work for about 5 minutes. Then I rinse thoroughly with water.

Rosemary tea is also good for hair - Leave it on your hair for 30 minutes to an hour. And then go take a shower.

Once a week, exfoliate your body in the shower. I use the exfoliating gloves.

After bach :  body lotion all over the body, and than, i like to put almond oil (a soap spoon) with 4/5 drops of lemon essential oil on my legs – It's suitable for varicose veins. (Cypress oil is also excellent for varicose veins).

Robert Rey plastic surgeon, once a month.- Face mask is to mix the ingredients in a bowl:

2 tablespoons of oatmeal,

Hot water

1 spoon of yoghurt,

Half an orange,

1 egg white,

1 coffee spoon of cocoa,

Two tablespoons of avocado,

1 dessert spoon of honey,

Half a coffee spoon of yeast,

A tea bag of camomile (I cut the bag and take out the dried camomile leaves)

After washing my face well, I put this mixture on my face and leave it on for about 10 minutes. I also put it in my hands.

Another homemade face mask that I like to do just twice a month, the “porcelain skin”.

is one that leaves the skin looking like "porcelain skin". Put Vaseline and drops of lime in a glass bowl and try to mix it with your fingers. Then apply it to your face for 10 minutes. During these 10 minutes, we must massage the face.

Then wash your face with soap and water to remove the mask. Finally, apply a moisturising cream.

Flushing baths

Every 15 days: Salt and Apple Vinegar Bath - Clears all negative energy.

Every 15 days, take a bath using coarse salt and apple vinegar. Stay in the bathtub for 15 minutes. Alternatively, pour a litre of water seasoned with coarse salt and apple vinegar from the neck down. Let it act on the body for 20 minutes and then rinse with water.

JUST When I have some extra time:

During the week, on different days, I make two face masks:

Green clay which I mix with water, and

Rice flour (I buy it very cheaply at the supermarket) also mixed with water.

I like to use cucumber, which I cut into thin slices and leave on the skin for about 10 to 15 minutes.
